Jeffrey T. Farley
President, Churchill Associates LLC
Jeff has spent his entire career helping companies, executives, and employees achieve their individual and organization goals through more effective and profitable use of their skills and potential. His background of 40+ years in Human Resource Leadership as well as General Management especially qualifies him to effectively integrate human resource and organizational goals with a client’s strategic plans and desired outcomes.
As Vice President of Human Resources for Revlon Health Care, American Brands and for Castrol North America, Jeff designed and implemented successful developmental processes and strategies that resulted in increased sales, reduced cost, improved productivity and organizational cultures.
As a result of his achievements, Jeff was appointed President and CEO of Castrol Heavy Duty Lubricants, one of few to transition from HR into a CEO role. He successfully improved the organization’s business results on the foundation of maximizing the potential of its human assets. Sales increased 66%. Jeff has participated in numerous international business projects covering operations throughout North America, South America, Latin America, Europe, Scandinavia, Russia and China working closely with executives and management committees using his HR expertise and leadership skills to overcome demanding organizational challenges. He has been profiled on national TV.
Jeff has a Masters and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Monmouth University in New Jersey. He has also taught Strategic Management, Compensation Theory and Human Resource Management as a member of the faculty for the School of Business and Economics at Towson University in Maryland.
