Behavioral Assessment

At Churchill Associates, we use the DiSC® behavioral assessment tool to help individuals attain a greater knowledge of themselves as well as others.

All participants in our leadership processes are required to complete a DISC survey. This report is not an assessment of your intelligence, your experience, your values, or your success in life. It is however a valid assessment (85% accurate) of how you go about doing what it is that you do… your behavioral tendencies.

The ability to interact effectively with people may be the difference between success and failure in both our personal and professional lives. Effective interaction starts with an accurate perception of oneself. It’s a great tool for better knowing yourself and others.

Because of their necessary and integral role, good supervisors and team leaders are key to the success of any organization.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

We also offer coaching to individulas within a clients organization. Coaching is a one-on-one relationship between an individual and a qualified Coach. Helping people focus what they want to achieve in various areas of life and helps them develop action plans to achieve their full potential.
